German born pastry chef Brigit takes pride in her authentic homemade pastries, combining her love and passion for baking with premium ingredients.
It was a logical next step to develop from her beginnings, baking for family and friends, to starting her own business in the Eastern Suburbs, which she calls home since 2004. Sugarplum Bakery has grown in popularity since its beginning in 2010. From birthday cakes to small corporate functions, lunches, high teas, waffle party events and event cake stalls, everything is possible. In her attempt of sharing her love for baking, Brigit has recently started teaching baking classes, showing people how easy and fun it can be to bake your own cakes.
