David originally trained in accountancy at the London School of Economics and practiced as a chartered accountant in Australia for over 30 years. Since retiring as an accountant he has focused on small business education and regularly volunteers with Australian Volunteers for International Development.

His emphasis is on entertainment as well as instruction. David encourages participation from all members of the class, whether in our training rooms or in remote villages of Papua New Guinea, or any of the many other places his volunteer work has taken him.
