Emsal’s passion for cooking started at an early age, when she would help her mother in the kitchen by preparing meals for the family the traditional way. Everything was prepared fresh and made from scratch. From then on her fascination with authentic Turkish cuisine started and Emsal began exploring traditional Turkish recipes from different regions of Turkey.
When Emsal moved to Australia with her family, she wanted to share her love of Turkish food and culture with those around her by bringing both those aspects together during her dinner parties, her weekend bbqs and now her cooking classes.
