Cristina Ferraris has qualifications in Commercial Cookery, with over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. Her knowledge of Italian cuisine, commenced with her parents Italian restaurant and has been further complimented by years of working and living in Florence and Modena and extensive travelling throughout Italy.
