Nick Meredith has been a professional guitarist and teacher for 30 years. His most recent major performances have been with Matt Finish (Thredbo Blues Festival) Jim Keayes (Masters Apprentices) and Russell Morris (The Real Thing). He has also been heard on Aria award-winning Blow Parade with Andrew Hansen (Triple J), Logie-winning CNNNN (The Chaser), Poor Boy with Tim Finn (Sydney Theatre Company) and regular tribute nights (Basement, Taronga Zoo, DYRSL). He has played on several commercially released albums, and his regular gig is with Sydney’s premier soul revue band, Johnny G and the E-types. Nick’s main teaching gig is at a high school where he conducts individual tuition and takes several ensemble classes including the jazz and guitar bands.

Nick plays acoustic, electric, 12 string, slide guitar, and Mandolin. He is experienced in live sound and studio recording, and is skilled in various computer-based sound editing programs (Cubase, SoundForge, Protools, Cakewalk, Sibelius, Wavelab etc).
