Anna Carmody has written short stories, two novels as well as short film scripts and a feature film. She has a Graduate Diploma in Writing and a Master of Arts in Communications.

Encouraging people of all ages to express themselves through writing is a passion for Anna. She has taught adults for over 20 years at the College. She has worked collaboratively with students to publish collections of short stories and is a director of the Sydney Youth Writing Competition.

Anna has devised a creative writing class where beginners and more experienced writers can develop or renew their writing skills.
