Course Outline




Achieve physical harmony and balance with this energizing full body workout. In each class, you will use a series of progressive Pilates floor exercises to stretch and strengthen your body, focusing on the core muscles to support your spine. Regardless of your fitness level, Pilates is great for body conditioning and injury prevention. Reap the benefits of better posture, a strong centre, a toned body and an improved sense of well-being.

Ideal For

Beginners as well as those with previous experience using the Pilates Method. All fitness levels welcome.
