This informative grant writing course introduces students to the world of philanthropy, grant-making and grant-seeking. Understand the grant application process; from finding out what is available, to how to do your final acquittal and evaluation. You’ll learn step by step how grants from both the public and private sector are assessed and how to write a grant application that meets the requirements.
During your grant writing studies, you will also have the opportunity to ask questions and be part of a discussion on current developments in grants for small businesses and not-for-profit entities.

About your tutor
Our grant writing tutor, Keith Whelan, runs his own grants, tenders and funding consultancy, providing high level assistance to businesses, local governments, state governments, not for profit organisations and private enterprises, in planning for, and accessing extra income streams. He has taught Grant Writing workshops across the country and presented workshops on Corporate Social Responsibility to several business in the Sydney metro area.
